Inspired by nature, Elizabeth Fosters' designs include cottage scenes, seasonal samplers and gardens where bees, blossoms and butterflies abound. Her best selling Cottage series includes such titles as Shepherd, Bee Keeper and Dragonfly Cottages.
A recent Antique sampler line is a tribute to reproduction samplers but with her own original touch. Elizabeth’s hobbies included drawing, sewing and gardening until she stitched her first linen piece and fell in love with counted thread.
She began her business in 1996 and has been painting with fabric and thread ever since. She uses a variety of linens and fibers. Each design is entirely her own work from design to graph, stitching, instructions, layout, photo and printing. The goal of Elizabeth's Needlework Designs is to ensure that the product stitchers enjoy is the best it can be.
