Tracy Horner has been drawing and stitching since she was a wee squirt. When she was a girl, her Mum had a yarn & needlework shop. Tracy was fed ample supplies of Eva Rosenstand cross stitch kits and Norwegian and Icelandic knitting wool that she imported. She can take much of the blame/credit in the “early influences department”, but as her father is quite an accomplished stitcher perhaps he is also responsible.
Tracy was schooled as an engineer, served a stint in the US Navy followed by a 15 year career at the Hanford Reservation (a GOCO superfund site).
She has been told you can tell that she is an engineer by looking at her art. She isn't sure that is a compliment. At some point the art and the embroidery hobbies merged. We believe you will be delighted with the results.
